Meet Your Skills Facilitator
Hi, I’m Kristen, a DBT consultant with a passion for helping clinicians develop confidence in their work, balance professional and personal responsibilities, and apply DBT skills in meaningful ways.
With experience in DBT therapy, consultation, and skills training, I understand the challenges therapists face in navigating their clinical roles while maintaining their own emotional well-being. This group is designed to provide practical skills, supportive collaboration, and structured learning to help you grow as a clinician—without the pressure of certification or rigid training programs.
I believe that DBT skills aren’t just for clients—they’re for everyone. As therapists, we thrive when we practice what we teach, and this group is a space where you can do just that. Whether you’re looking to integrate DBT into your practice for the first time or refine what you already know, I’m here to support your journey.
I look forward to working with you in the group and helping you feel more grounded, confident, and aligned in your work!
